Body Worlds: The Cycle of Life For the first time ever, Gunther von Hagens’ Body Worlds: The Cycle of Life exhibit is in Kansas City. The exhibit displays the human body through its different life stages with bodies preserved through the process of Plastination. The exhibit will be on display at Union Station from July 12 to October 24.
Art on the Line (KC Streetcar Stops) Art in the Loop and KC Streetcar Authority have partnered in order to enliven downtown Kansas City with temporary installations and performances at Kansas City streetcar stops. The art and performance spots and schedules are on the KC Streetcar Authority website. The displays will be up from July 15 to September 9.

Smokin’ Hot Homicide Murder Mystery This murder mystery show at The Mystery Train Dinner Theatre involves a mystery about stolen barbecue recipes. The audience will attempt to solve the crime during a night of interactive theater. Tickets are available for shows from July 16 to August 13.
Food Truck Friday Enjoy every type of cuisine imaginable at Union Hill’s Food Truck Fridays. Not only is this a great time to enjoy the offerings from many popular food trucks, but 10 percent of the proceeds are donated to the Union Cemetery Historical Society to maintain the beauty and history of Union Cemetery. The last Food Truck Friday of the summer will be held at Union Cemetery on August 19.
