It’s right in the middle of all the fun, the activity and energy of the city! We walk for coffee, we walk to go to the library, we have season tickets to the symphony and we take the streetcar to most of the places we want to go. We’ve been extremely happy with our whole experience here.

Between the location and all of the space and amenities, Old Townley Lofts is exactly what we were looking for. We really wanted the loft vibe, to be close to downtown, a dog friendly home and to be right on the streetcar route.

The location is my favorite part. It’s not in the center of downtown, but close enough to downtown so that I can walk to everything. There are many nice local bars and restaurants that I can go to. It’s just a very convenient location.


I like the community of people that live here and everyone is really friendly. I also love how Richards & Conover Lofts is so dog friendly. My dog loves all of her friends here, and I love all of my friends here!


There is a really good sense of community in this building. We’ve made a lot of new friends, and we’ve really enjoyed it. Also, the overall aesthetic of the 15-foot ceilings and the mixing of an old-school building with a more modern feel is a good fit for us. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows.


Old Townley is like a big neighborhood. Everyone pretty much knows everybody else, and on the weekends when the weather is nice we grill out together and everyone has a great time. I love the sense of community and the ability to mix and mingle with people from all over the building.
