    For the more adventurous couples, Breakout KC is a brand new game set in the downtown Kansas City River Market. Teams are locked in a themed room with 60 minutes on the clock and have to solve a series of puzzles, riddles and clues to crack the door’s lock code. Come in any sort of clothing, no physical challenge will be required. Not especially good at puzzles? That’s okay! If you can’t figure it out along the way, hints and clues will be provided.     One of the few benefits of having cold weather during Valentine’s season is that ice rinks are open! Voted second best skating rink on Yelp, you can swing by Lego Land or the Sea Life Aquarium afterwards and let your inner child run free.     For the more seasoned couple, have fun and get things done at the IKEA Merriam store in Kansas. Reenact everyone’s favorite scene in 500 Days of Summer and go play house with the many different staged kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms.
