As summer ends and fall picks up, Kansas City has many exciting events and attractions to keep you entertained. Below is a list of just a few of the things you can do this October.

Kansas City Walk to End Alzheimer’s: Get some exercise while helping fight for a great cause. The Alzheimer’s Association’s walk will take place on October 1, 2017.

Dogtoberfest: Bring your dogs to Kemper Outdoor Education Center for a day that celebrates all things canine. Enjoy competitions, a Halloween costume contest, a dog walk and more. Instead of an admission fee, dog food donations will be accepted for local animal shelters.

Halloween Haunted Houses: There are many different haunted house options for you to go to in Kansas City. The Beast Haunted House is even ranked as one of America’s largest haunted houses.
