Old Townley Lofts

Townley Hardware & Metal Company building was erected in three separate building campaigns, which were completed in 1902. The Townley family successfully operated in the building until 1982 when the business was sold. In 1994 the building was added to the historic registry in and converted to lofts in the early 2000s. Located in the center of the River Market, Old Townley Lofts provides residents with endless amenities and opportunities.

Opera House Lofts

The four-story Rothenberg & Schloss Cigar Company building was built in 1912. In the early 1970s, it was was added to the historic registry as part of the historic boundary in the Garment District. The Opera House Lofts are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Kansas City, near the unique Kansas City Central Library and just steps away from the Power & Light District. Richards & Conover Lofts

This building was originally the Richards & Conover Hardware Company founded after the Civil War. In 1928, an addition was constructed to house offices and retail space. Richards & Conover Hardware became known as one of the nation’s oldest and largest wholesale hardware, iron and steel distributers covering 10 states until 1948. The Richards & Conover Hardware building was added to the Historic Registry in 1998, and converted into lofts in the early 2000’s. The Richards & Conover Lofts are just a few blocks from the River Market and home to our leasing and management office.

West 7th Street Lofts

The West 7th Street building was built in 1916 and was originally the Kansas City Paper House. The building was added to the historic registry in the early 70’s as a historic boundary in the Garment District. The seven-story, tapestry-brick building design was converted to lofts in the early 2000’s. The West 7th Street Lofts are located on the edge of downtown Kansas City, offering convenient access to city amenities, while remaining close to the scenic waterfront and River Market.
